Investment pillars

Fund

SFG Real Estate Fund I, k.s.i.l., is the first fund in the Czech Republic to be established for the purchase and subsequent completion and sale of small and medium-sized real-estate development projects. The fund got the legal form of a limited partnership with investment certificates and its legislation falls under Section 15 of the ZISIF (Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds). By investing in this fund, investors receive a number of investment certificates, which, once transferred, allow them to become shareholders of the fund, including all its projects and long-term assets, from which the expected returns are then drawn.

ETF

Exchange-traded funds, like stocks, are readily available capital market investment tools. Simplicity and flexibility are the main advantages. ETFs include a large number of financial instruments, but their handling is the same as for ordinary shares. This means that they can be bought and sold in a single transaction. This is a very efficient process, especially in terms of cost. There is a risk associated with these transactions, and trading in this investment instrument is arranged by S&P Czech Finance s.r.o.
